Ship and Port Facility Security Plans: Preparation, Auditing and Amendment.
IMSN
has proven experience in preparing security plans in accordance with
International and National maritime security regulations. Our technical
staff can help conduct security assessments and on-scene security surveys for your port facility. We will then carefully analyze the information gatherd from the assessment and survey and build a security plan
that is thorough, yet practical for your operation. We will diligently
work with you through the submission process until your plan is finally
approved by your Contracting Government or Administration.
Additionally,
Ship and Port Facility Security Plans are required to be periodically
audited to determine their continued effectiveness. IMSN has the
expertise to help review your Plan's security measures and procedures
in relation to your operation and personnel resources; any identified
weaknesses or areas deemed no longer relevant will be detailed in a
report with follow up recommendations and, if necessary, amendments
made to the Plan.
Under certain circumstances, such as changes
to your operation, company ownership, or security personnel, your
security plan will need to be amended to reflect these critical changes
and resubmitted to the Administration for approval. Again IMSN can
assist with this process and assure you of a timely turnaround and
approval.
